Well, we are very blessed to have found what we hope to be (though we don't say it out loud so we don't get jinxed) our home for MANY years to come. This was a bank-owned home that sold for over $700,000 about two years ago . . . and we bought it for, well, a lot less than that. It is in a very nice little neighborhood that apparently has a ton of kids and is just two blocks away from the Little League baseball fields. Joy!!

You'll probably be seeing us a lot more than you ever planned on. We are in Springville at least 4 times a year. Congrats on the good deal!
